Our tour took us here after breakfast. Not an opportune time, but I decided I’d stuff myself and had some ice cream and some fudge! To say it’s good is like saying Chicagoland is kind of a large city! (Sorry, but I still have to tell you about Beth’s Fudge. It’s a family-owned shop on the North Shore of Lake Superior in Minnesota near Canada. No, I’m not making any money for writing about Beth’s!)
